This policy explains what information is handled when you read biogynnx.com. It is short because the site does very little.
Biogynx, Inc., 1449 S Michigan Avenue #1123, Chicago, IL 60605, United States, publishes this site and decides how the limited data described below is handled. Questions about this policy go to editor@biogynnx.com.
Like almost every website, the server that delivers these pages records standard technical information for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser and device type. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
The site loads Google Tag Manager, which may in turn load Google measurement and advertising tags. These set cookies and similar identifiers to count visits, to understand which pages are read, and to attribute a visit to the advertisement or link it came from. Identifiers passed in a page address by an advertising platform may be read and carried forward for the same purpose.
A notice at the bottom of the page tells you that cookies are in use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will continue to work. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy terms, not by this policy.
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply and to act on a correction, and for nothing else. We do not add you to any list.
Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Email is kept for as long as the conversation needs and then deleted in the ordinary course. Measurement data is retained according to the settings of the measurement provider.
Depending on where you live, including under the privacy laws of several US states, you may have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of certain uses. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, write to the address above and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
This resource is written for adult readers aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
